Instructions
Brew espresso
Combine milk, honey, and cinnamon stick if using in a microwave safe liquid measuring cup. Heat until steaming.
Use a milk frother and foam the milk. Or, place in a mason jar and seal, then shake until foamy.
Pour milk into espresso. Use a spoon to hold back foam then spoon it on top.

This is a VERY flexible recipe! Here are potential equipment options:-A home espresso machine with milk frother.-A stovetop moka pot with handheld milk frother.-A mason jar and coffee brewed double-strength. Please use 3-4 ounces of coffee if not using espresso.Make it sweeter - Increase the honey by double.Make it stronger - Use 2 ounces (a double shot) of espresso per serving.Make it for more people - double, triple, or quadruple the recipe as needed.Make it spicier! - Add nutmeg or allspice to the milk, just a pinch goes a long way!Make it vegan - Swap maple syrup, agave nectar, simple syrup, or corn syrup for the honey.For travel cup portions, I recommend making 2 servings.
