A simple blend of ingredients like nuts, oats, and nut butter build the base of these snack bars.
Homemade Granola Nut Bars
Chop & Mix
Pulse pecans and oats, then combine with remaining dry ingredients.
Melt & Whisk
Melt all the wet ingredients, and whisk with egg whites slowly.
Mix & Shape
Mix dry with wet until a uniform mixture forms. Shape and press into 1/2" thick rectangle on a baking sheet.
Bake & Bake Again
Bake, then let cool 5 minutes. Slice and spread, then bake again.
