Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or other tightly sealed container.
Shake until creamy and combined.
Store in the fridge for up to one week. Shake before use.
*Alternatively, you can use a blender or a whisk to create your vinaigrette. For a blender, combine all and pulse in short bursts until combined. For a whisk, simply place all but the oil in a bowl, stir to combine, then drizzle in the oil while whisking rapidly.
